Galaxy’s first lithium shipment leaves for China

The delivery marks the full restart of operations at the Mt Cattlin mine and processing plant for lithium concentrate production, which is expected to reach 160,000 tonnes this year.

ASX-listed Galaxy Resources Ltd has shipped its first volumes of lithium concentrate from its Mt Cattlin plant to customers in China, following previous delays in the recommissioning of the Australian site.
